By joining, you also agree to a secure record of your credit card details being kept. You can cancel your wine club membership at any time.

TERMS & CONDITIONS
You affirm that you are 18 years of age or older and all the wines you are purchasing are not for resale by a licensed person.
You acknowledge that you will automatically receive a Sen Vineyard Wine Club delivery twice a year. Additionally, you will notify Sen Vineyard of any change of address details as they occur.

AVAILABILITY
While we will endeavour to supply you with your requested wines, we ask that you understand all wines are subject to seasonal availablility. Wine Club members do receive first priority.

MEMBERSHIP COSTS
Members will be charged for the cost of two club deliveries per year and any additional wine purchases.
MEMBERSHIP CANCELLATION AND CORRESPONDENCE
Membership may be cancelled at any time after your first automatic Sen Vineyard Wine Club delivery. Your cancellation must be received in writing or via email more than two weeks before the next pending dispatch.

DISPATCH AND DELIVERIES
We endeavour to dispatch all wine orders within 5 days of your order being received and payment details finalised. If there is a substantial delay in sending your order, we will notify you. All deliveries are made via Australia Post. Wine orders can be delivered to any nominated address, including Post Office boxes. If the person accepting the delivery is out and there are no delivery instructions, Australia Post will leave a card in the post box directing you to collect your order at the local Post Office. Delivery will need to be signed for with identification required. Delivery to capital cities is within 5 – 7 working days.
All orders are insured against physical loss and damage whilst in transit.

PRIVACY
Your privacy is of the utmost importance to us. Sen Vineyard Wine Club will NOT sell, distribute, or release your details to any third-party organisation. Unless otherwise specified by you, your details will only be used to fulfil your Sen Vineyard Wine Club and additional Sen Vineyard purchases.
