Our Pinot Gris is wonderfully crisp, fresh and transparent with lovely aromas. Fermentation started in stainless steel then finished off in seasoned French oak barriques for added complexity and depth of flavour. Effortlessy pairs with fish, oysters, roasted veggies or pasta dishes.
