Our Chardonnay from cool climate heaven of White Hills in the upper Tamar Valley has vibrant acidity, strong minerality, and backs a creamy pallet of lime, herbs and spices, leaving a lingering toast and butter finish.

Pinot Gris

Our Pinot Gris is wonderfully crisp, fresh and transparent with lovely aromas. Fermentation started in stainless steel then finished off in seasoned French oak barriques for added complexity and depth of flavour. Effortlessy pairs with fish, oysters, roasted veggies or pasta dishes.
