Pinot Noir

Morning fog rolls across the vines, ushering in the cool breezes ideal for growing delicate, flavourful Pinot Noir. The vines here produce complex, layered fruit that translates to an earthy minerality and exceptional natural acidity in the glass.

Our Pinot Noir is wonderfully juicy, fresh, and transparent has aromas of cherries, berries, fresh flowers, mushrooms, and sweet spices. Our Pinot Noir effortlessly pairs with a burst of umami on mushroom, fatty fish like salmon, roasted chicken, roasted veggies, or pasta dishes.

Pinot Noir Rosé

Only allowing the skins of the grape to release their colour for 1 ½ hours prior to pressing has allowed for fantastic flavour development and reflects the palate of our unique location. Enticed with aromas.

Our Pinot Noir Rose’ has orange zest and floral scents and is complemented by a spicy hint of white pepper, finishes long and tight, leaving a suggestion of candied rose behind

This will go well with goat cheese, olives and charcuterie. Serve chilled.
