Our site takes in morning fog and afternoon valley breeze from Tamar Valley, enabling the grapes to ripen slowly while minimizing the heat spikes that can rob the fruit of flavours.  2022 Sen Vineyard Sparkling Rosé of Pinot Noir bursts with intense aromatics of melon, tangerine zest, and fresh strawberries.
